Online Communities (for ALA and ACRL members only) ACRL members-only content
Online communities provide a forum for ALA committees to work online in virtual space, offering new ways to meet colleagues and to discuss and share information. An Online Community can include any or all of the following: discussion forums, shared links, shared files, event calendar, chat, archives, polling, member profile/business card, and online status of members/who’s online. Access the communities using your ALA member login and password.

Effective Practices Clearinghouse
Clearninghouse to facilitate sharing of effective practices among institutions in the academic and research library community. This project is still a work in progress. Effective practices submissions are welcome.

Information Literacy Peer Consultants and Speakers Database
The Peer Conultants and Speakers Database has been developed for the benefit of conference planners and those responsible for professional development activities focused on information literacy. Find a peer consultant or submit your information to the database to become one.

Marketing @ your Library Campaign Trainer Listing
This Web site provides a listing of trainers who are willing to work with your institution to prepare a marketing plan that meets your specific libraries’ needs. Trainers have completed an ACRL @ your library training course, and have self-nominated themselves.
