How to Join ASCLAASCLA has more than 900 members dedicated to the advancement of specialized and cooperative library agencies. From interpreting the Americans with Disabilities Act to interlibrary cooperation to electronic discussion groups, ASCLA has something to meet your needs.
You must first be an ALA member before you can join ASCLA. ASCLA dues are $40 (plus the cost of ALA membership). ALA student member and retirees dues are $15. For an organization to join is $50 and for a State Library Agency, the dues are $500 (plus the cost of ALA membership in both instances).
When you become a member of ASCLA you will receive the following benefits:
