CIPA case goes to Supreme Court

The Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) statute provided for a direct appeal from the panel decision to the United States Supreme Court and the government filed its notice of appeal on June 20, 2002. Further information will be posted and provided once a schedule is set.
